Marcos A.
Senior Certified Lab Technician
Marcos has been a dental laboratory technician for over 30 years. He received his diploma from McCarrie Schools of Health Sciences and Technology in Philadelphia. After working in a private practice setting for years, he then worked with Dr. Schaefer at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. After that, Marcos joined Dr. Schaefer working at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was trained to be an integral member of the Maxillofacial Prosthetic team. He became an expert at fabricating intra-oral and extra-oral prostheses for head and neck cancer patients. When Dr. Schaefer relocated to Madison, she invited Marcos to join her and the team at Prosthodontics of Madison. Marcos is a master at creating custom fabricated crowns and dentures for our patients. Through continuing education, he stays up to date on state-of-the-art techniques, materials and digital technology. When not working in the dental lab, Marcos is playing baseball or basketball, biking, walking his dogs, talking cars, and spending time with his wife, Kristi. Marcos grew up in Puerto Rico and whenever he has a chance, he travels back home to visit family and friends.
Hanna A.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Hanna has been a part of the dental world for many years! She started as a dental assistant and a patient coordinator before getting her associates degree in Dental Hygiene from Madison College. Hanna takes pride in providing quality patient care, helping them to achieve a healthy smile. She is a “true gem” of a person and a hygienist, and Prosthodontics of Madison is elated to have her on our team. Hanna has one of those smiles that always brightens the room. In her spare time, Hanna enjoys any DIY house project or landscaping with her husband at their home in Janesville, walks with her son, or trips to the dog park with Leonard and Eevee, their Shiba Inu dogs.
Angie C.
Office Manager
Angie is a true local, growing up in Madison with her two sisters and parents, graduating from La Follette high school and then in 2013, attending Madison College for the Dental Assisting program. Angie has been in the dental field for over 10 years, starting as a Dental Assistant and then moving on to her true love as a Patient Coordinator. Angie has a passion for people and she is truly amazing at making anyone feel comfortable and at ease in our office. Her smile, positivity and humor bring in a lot of fun for our staff and our patients. We are so happy and grateful to have Angie on our team! Angie, her significant other and their young daughter now live in Sun Prairie where they built their home a few years ago. They enjoy spending time together as a family, grilling, hiking, swimming, fishing and playing with their two pups, Daisy and Violet.
Ganaya B.
Front Desk Coordinator
Ganaya is a Wisconsin native and a kind, intelligent, and driven professional with a strong background in healthcare and patient services. She began her career in the medical field at the age of 21, working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Health & Wellness Coordinator for several nursing homes. Throughout her career, Ganaya has taken great pride in providing exceptional patient care and delivering outstanding customer service.
After more than six years in behavioral health, Ganaya transitioned into the dental field, where she now works as a Patient Care Coordinator at Prosthodontics of Madison. This career change has opened many new opportunities, and she truly enjoys helping patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their experience.
Outside of work, Ganaya values spending quality time with her family and helping operate her family’s food truck alongside her husband and daughter.
Shanna H.
Front Desk Coordinator
Shanna was born and raised in Madison and has worked in the dental field for more than 25 years. Throughout her career, she has gained experience in nearly every aspect of a dental office, beginning as a dental assistant and later serving as a hygiene assistant, treatment coordinator, patient coordinator, and office manager. She is now continuing to expand her knowledge in the specialty of prosthodontics.
Shanna is passionate about dentistry, and one of the most rewarding parts of her work is helping patients navigate their journey to a new smile. She believes the transformation a new smile can bring is truly life-changing.
Outside of work, Shanna enjoys live music, game nights, and spending quality time with her husband and three sons, including her youngest two, who are twins. She and her family live in Sun Prairie with their puppy, Rosie.
Robin R.
Dental Assistant
Robin has always had a passion for dental. As early as high school, Robin shadowed her general dentist for many hours, gaining valuable insight into the dental field and confirming her desire to help others through patient care. After high school, Robin moved back home to Pennsylvania (Go Birds!) to pursue a degree in Journalism and English at Penn State University so she could expand her knowledge in other fields and to strengthen her writing as that is another passion of hers. Outside of work, Robin enjoys writing short stories, reading, drawing, painting, and spending time with her boyfriend and their cat and dog. She is also a proud Delta Zeta alumna, having chosen her sorority because of its strong commitment to service and helping others. Today, Robin is excited to be back in the dental field, where she can continue combining her passion for patient care with her dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Dental Assistant
Hannah grew up in Illinois but is all Wisconsin at heart! She brings so much to our practice including her 9 years of experience as a dental assistant.
Hannah’s dental assisting degree is from Western Technical College in La Crosse, WI. She now lives in Beloit with her husband Miguel Jr. and son Miguel III and loves spending time with them! Family time is spent watching movies, going to the gym, playing board games or cheering for any WI sports team – Go Brew Crew! What Hannah loves most about dental assisting is helping people by giving them the confidence of a beautiful smile!
Barbara C.
Dental Assistant
Barb has been working in the dental field since 2020, gaining experience in both general dentistry and endodontics throughout the Madison area. She is excited to continue expanding her knowledge and skills by now exploring the specialty of prosthodontics. One of Barb’s greatest strengths is helping patients feel comfortable and cared for while building lasting relationships that keep them coming back with confidence. Her warm and welcoming personality helps create a positive experience for every patient she meets. Originally from Middleton, Barb now lives in Sun Prairie with her boyfriend and their two black cats, Boo and Eve. Outside of work, she enjoys attending concerts, going out to dinner with friends, spending time outdoors, and making memories with family and loved ones.
