The staff at Prosthodontics of Madison strive to offer convenience and comfort at all times. We have made a commitment to you and to your referring doctor to provide you with excellent care. Because we recognize the importance of good communication between doctors and patients, we make every effort to ensure that you are informed of your treatment at all times.
Your Initial Consultation
Dr. Roenitz will meet with you for an initial consultation and perform a comprehensive evaluation during this visit. She will evaluate the current condition of your oral health including, but not limited to, decay, bone loss, mobility, oral lesions, your chewing function, missing teeth and your aesthetic concerns.
There are some important documents that will be required for your first visit. Please download, print and complete the documents, and email them to us or bring them with you for your appointment. All documents are Adobe Acrobat (PDF) files requiring the Acrobat Reader. Please download the free program from Adobe\’s website if it is not already installed on your system.

Patient Protection
Above all, Dr. Roenitz is committed to providing you with a safe environment. Sterilization is a high priority in our office, and we adhere to the highest standards of infection control in accordance with the CDC and OSHA guidelines. Our treatment rooms are equipped with the most current technology to eliminate any risks. All of our equipment is sterilized prior to treating each patient and is carefully monitored for 100% effectiveness. We will do everything possible to provide you with the highest quality of care while maximizing your protection. If you are interested, we will be happy to answer any questions that you may have and give you a tour of our facility.
Fees and Payment Options
Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept various forms of payment including Visa, MasterCard, and the Discover Card.
We are also pleased to offer flexible payment plans from CareCredit.
Insurance
Our practice operates independently of insurance networks, allowing us to offer personalized treatment options based on the highest standard of care—not solely on what insurance will approve or reimburse.
